Annual HOA Meeting is February 21, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. in the NRH Library.  Please drop off your Proxy no later than February 1.  Click HERE for the meeting information along with the Proxy form.

The homeowners voted to add a new covenant to the bylaws that prohibits homeowners from renting or leasing their homes in the neighborhood.  The homeowners that were currently renting or leasing their homes were "grandfathered".  The updated documents can be found in the "Documents" section of the website.

The 2026 HOA fee is $425.00.  It is due annually by February 15th.  Click HERE for information on what affects the amount of HOA fee set for homeowners.
